Gene Caudle has distinguished himself during his professional career with several start-up and Fortune 500 organizations, well known for their leading edge EEO/Diversity, HR and Affirmative Action compliance programs. With over 300 in place affirmative action programs and a successful track record leading organizations through OFCCP compliance reviews; his experience and professional expertise has been recognized by numerous clients and organizations.

Most recently, as managing partner of OnesourceHRM, an organization dedicated to Diversity/AAP compliance services and the integration of workplace information technology solutions, he is pioneering the integration of HR, law and workplace information technology solutions.  As the Sr. HR leader for AmeriCold Logistics, Universal Furniture, AO Smith – Tower Automotive, and FMC Corporation; Gene drove successful business results by creating a diverse culture and implementing “value adding HR best practices,” — making his HR organization a proactive and well-respected business partner.

As a career member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Gene holds the highest level as a Life certified, Senior Professional of Human Resources, (SPHR). He also maintains professional memberships in the American Association of Affirmative Action; National Industry Liaison Group (NILG); American Society of Training and Development, American Management Association, American Society of Safety Engineers, and the Conference Board.

Gene holds an MBA from Mississippi State University and undergraduate degree from Memphis State University (BBA). He has led organizations in the structured transformation into EO 11246/ Affirmative Action, Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd Frank compliance.
